The  Mission: Impossible — Fallout  star has been rumored for the role for years, but this week marked the first time any news has broken regarding official talks to take on the mantle. The only question then, is this: What movie would Cruise’s Jordan feature in? The only Green Lantern film announced to be in development is  Green Lantern Corps,  a film with a script from Geoff Johns  (Green   Lantern ) ,  David S. Goyer ( The Dark Night, Batman v Superman ) and Justin Rhodes, but still no director.
