We have reached a peak in Los Angeles in 2018.  On Friday morning, traffic was so bad on the 105 freeway that a food truck pulled up and began serving customers.  Listen, all I'm saying is this would be a nice option to have  every time  traffic is terrible.  But if we're being honest, that would be at all times.
