8 celebrity Halloween costumes that failed

It’s that time of year again. From Kim Kardashian to Heidi Klum, Hollywood’s A-list celebs love Halloween. And while some love to go all out for the costume holiday and are remembered for their over-the-top looks, there are a few stars who are remembered for taking their costumes a step too far. Whether they were offensive, confusing or downright boring, here is a list of some of the worst celebrity Halloween costumes. While the Christmas-themed costume isn’t necessarily off-putting or offensive, the sexy winter look is more of just confusing. The makeshift costume, which consisted of a red bra with matching skirt, plastic heels and a white boa, came off as mor

It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown ! "There are three things I've learned never to discuss with people: religion, politics, and the Great Pumpkin."

Fall is filled with some of our favorite annual rituals, like apple picking, pumpkin decorating, and leaf peeping. But no autumn is complete without the most sacred of traditions: a viewing of It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. While the film's  50th anniversary celebration  was two years ago, you can still throw a viewing party with  these surprising fun facts about the film  and by  reliving the movie's best quotes.  Lucy Van Pelt: "A person should always choose a costume which is in direct contrast to her own personality." Linus: "You've heard of the fury of a woman scorned, haven't you?" Charlie Brown: "Yeah, I guess I have." Linus: "Well, that's nothing compared to a woman who has been cheated out of tricks-or-treats." Linus: "Each year, the Great Pumpkin rises out of the pumpkin patch that he thinks is the most sincere. He's gotta pick this one. He's got to. I don't see how a pum

West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval, one the largest and most unique Halloween gatherings, takes place Wednesday, October 31, 2018.

Everyone knows that WeHo can throw a party, and the bossest and most bewitching one of the year is West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval. Indulge in some harmless debauchery with good-spirited attendees eager to show-off their killer costumes and revel in WeHo’s wild nightlife. The street party of 500,000 is a spectacle not to be missed. Expect drag queens, muscle boys, glitter galore and a freaky good time. The Deets Located on Santa Monica Blvd between Doheny Dr and La Cienega Blvd, WeHo Halloween Carnaval takes over on October 31 from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. Make sure you’re energized—the parties continue in nearby venues all night long. While the street party is free (no tickets required) and open to the public, it’s best to leave the kids and pets at home. Between large crowds and potential nip-slips, this celebration is on the naughty side. If the people-watching doesn’t sufficiently entertain, there are multiple music stages along the boulevard blasting live sets and DJ tracks.

Beyonce Saves Halloween For Tamar Braxton With These Stunning Pictures And Assists From Phoni And Toni

All hail the queens. Beyonce had the most beautiful tribute to living legend Toni Braxton who reigned during the 1990s with some dozens of unforgettable classics. The Texan diva decided to dress as Toni for Halloween, and Tamar Braxton could not resist but to jump on social media and applaud her for her gracious words towards Toni. Queen Bey killed it. She perfectly recreated Toni’s 1993 eponymous album cover with a similar pixie wig, white tank, jeans, leather jacket, and chain belts. Beyonce added some humor by calling herself Phoni Braxton a reference from the hit TV show, Martin. Beyonce penned a sweet note to Toni: “Sending love and adoration to one of our talented legends. Thank you for the countless bops. Your tone, your beauty, your range, and your God-given talent is treasured. Loving you always. Have a Happy Halloween, my Kings, and Queens.” ” Toni responded by: “Phoni Braxton!? NEVER!!! How do you look better than me on MY album cover? I LOVE IT, Such a supe

Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, Kathy Najimi reflect on Hocus Pocus 25 years later

Sisters! Hocus Pocus is celebrating its 25th anniversary and the stars of the beloved Halloween classic gathered to fly once more in Freeform’s Hocus Pocus 25th Anniversary Halloween Bash, which premiered on Saturday, Oct. 20 on the network. The special, which was partly filmed live earlier this month at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery, reunited much of the original cast, including the Sanderson Sisters — Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimi. For Midler, the project was automatic yes — she said in the special, “I read the script of Hocus Pocus and I was very intrigued by it because it was an opportunity to do things that I really loved to do, which is play physical comedy and be more than a little broad.” While Parker noted that she still can’t quite believe how dark the storyline was for a Disney film. “I guess what I remember most is how awful we were as characters,” she said. “I was surprised that the goal was to get a child and basically destroy them, but becau

Why Teal Pumpkins Are Everywhere This Halloween #KeepItTeal

Help everyone enjoy the holiday by offering allergy-friendly, non-food toys to trick-or-treaters at your house. If you've been paying attention to Halloween decor this season, you've probably noticed some teal pumpkins in the mix. These blue-green gourds look cool, but they're actually part of something much bigger: It's called the Teal Pumpkin Project, and it's an awesome way to include kids with food allergies and other conditions in all the trick-or-treating fun. By placing a teal pumpkin on your doorstep, you're letting the neighborhood know that your house has non-food treats available on Halloween night. You can paint a regular ol' pumpkin teal, but there are also inflatable teal pumpkins, Teal Pumpkin Project flags, teal pumpkin torches, teal pumpkin lawn signs and teal pumpkin treat buckets you can display. You can also add your home to the Food Allergy Research & Education's Teal Pumpkin Project map. The Teal Pumpkin Project is a

Cincinnati, 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 19 on CBS The rivalry with Cincinnati is very much real and very much lived up to the hype last season, as the teams traded narrow victories on each other’s home court. TV producers picked up on that and slotted Cincinnati’s return to Koch Arena for a prime-time spot on Saturday afternoon. This is WSU’s fifth game in conference play and could be an early chance to send a message that the Shockers a
