Will Star Wars IX Get A Trailer & Title during The Super Bowl?

#StarWars #Superbowl The Super Bowl always sees several high-profile movies debut new footage, but will Star Wars: Episode IX be one of them this year? The highly-anticipated conclusion to the Skywalker saga is winding down production, with principal photography expected to wrap at some point in February . In typical Lucasfilm fashion, several details about the film (including the official title) are being kept under wraps, though it's only a matter of time before viewers learn about these key aspects. Star Wars Celebration takes place in April , where Episode IX will almost assuredly be a centerpiece (i.e. a panel with a trailer). But fans of the galaxy far, far away are an impatient bunch and would rather find things out sooner than later. The Super Bowl is essentially a national holiday and provides movie studios with an ideal platform to generate buzz for their upcoming projects, so there's hope Star Wars 9 will be one of the many films that unveil a TV spot - pe

Maroon 5 to Perform at Super Bowl Halftime

Maroon 5 will be the halftime performers at the 2019 Super Bowl, two sources confirm to Variety. Reached for comment, an NFP rep tells Variety, “It’s a Super Bowl tradition to speculate about the performers for the Pepsi Halftime Show. We are continuing to work with [longtime sponsor] Pepsi on our plans but do not have any announcements to make on what will be another epic show.” A rep for Maroon 5 could not immediately be reached for comment. While the group is stylistically more similar to recent performers like Justin Timberlake and Bruno Mars than more controversial ones such as Beyonce and Lady Gaga, Maroon 5’s most recent hit was a tag-team with Cardi B — “I Like It,” named one of the top songs of the summer by recent streaming service charts —  and it recently collaboration with Kendrick Lamar on the song “Don’t Wanna Know,” so some left-field guest appearances on Super Bowl Sunday are certainly a possibility.
