According to a post on Twitter from the Twin Cities PBS both YoUtube TV and PBS hope to have PBS live on YouTube TV by the end of 2019. “PBS and YouTube TV have jointly decided to delay the launch for a few more weeks with a target prior to 2020.  Everyone wants the best experience for viewers, therefore some final testing is still being rolled out.”
