The first and second-round action of the 2019 NCAA Tournament has come and gone as March Madness continues on, which means it's time to get set for the regional semifinals -- better known to everyone as the Sweet 16. The Sweet 16 portion of March Madness will get started on Thursday as we begin the weekend journey of eventually learning who will be a part of this year's Final Four field.
