Kanye West’s New York Times TimesTalk with “The Breakfast Club” host Charlamagne tha God has been canceled, according to Charlamagne. The event had been scheduled to take place this Wednesday, October 17, in New York City. Charlamagne wrote on Instagram, “I think to have that conversation [on Normalizing Being Mentally Healthy] with him right now would not be productive and a total distraction from the point of the convo which is to eradicate the stigma of mental health especially in the black community.” Find his post below. Last week, Kanye West met with President Donald Trump at the White House. In recent weeks, West has espoused controversial opinions, including showing his support for ASAP Bari, who is facing sexual assault charges. After performing on “Saturday Night Live,” West delivered an unaired speech in which he reaffirmed his affinity for Donald Trump.
