'Big Brother' contestant JC Mounduix will stay on show despite misconduct against other houseguests

by Brian Porreca

Sources close to production have revealed to THR that all parties involved have been spoken to and JC Mounduix will remain in the house.
Big Brother producers have responded to contestant JC Mounduix being accused of inappropriate behavior.
On Wednesday night, during the show's 24-7 live feeds, Mounduix was involved in two separate instances of sexual harassment and misconduct.
While contestant Haleigh Broucher was using the restroom, Mounduix opened the door and would not close it after Broucher insist that he do so. When Mounduix refused to listen and tied the door open, Broucher yelled out loud for production to step in and stop him.
She later revealed that executive producer Allison Grodner spoke to her, but she didn't want to get Mounduix "in trouble."

The other incident took place while houseguest Tyler Crispen was sleeping and Mounduix kissed his armpit and continuously touched Crispen's body.
Thursday morning, Crispen was visibly uncomfortable with Mounduix's actions and said: "I'm sleeping alone tonight.... JC is not sleeping with me." After both instances, viewers have expressed outrage on Twitter and have urged producers to remove Mounduix because of his actions.

JC saysto Brett, production really offended the f*ck out of him. Just after he finished saying he would never do anything to embarrass the show - mentions Amber BB16 so he knows about Caleb incident.

This week’s incidents have sparked concern from Big Brother fans, who say Mounduix’s behavior amounts to sexual harassment and misconduct. The Miami-based houseguest was reportedly reprimanded earlier in the season for touching his co-stars’ private parts with an ice cream scooper, as well as using racist language.

Apparently, it’s also about sexual harassment. Since you continue to let JC get away with inappropriate behavior, like touching people without consent while they’re asleep or exposing them to the cameras.

JC has probably never known consequences his whole life & the fact that now he’s being watched 24/7 on live television, broken every rule multiple times & they’re STILL not doing anything about it,, just cause he’s gay & little doesn’t mean he gets a free pass @CBSBigBrother

@CBSBigBrother WHY ARE YOU ALLOWING JC TO COMMIT SEXUAL ASSAULT?! Are you saying it’s ok bc Tyler was asleep & doesn’t remember it? What if Brett had done that to Kaycee? Would that be ok too? Wtf @CBS !? @ABC @ABCNetwork should do a story on this! @CBS doesn’t care about

The controversy comes in the wake of allegations of sexual misconduct against CBS chairman, president, and CEO Les Moonves. Moonves is married to the host of Big Brother, Julie Chen, who has stood by him in the weeks since the New Yorker published the accusations.
Though CBS has told viewers in the past that houseguests may exhibit behavior that the network does not “condone,” it has not issued a formal statement

Kate Bush, The Dreaming : A Pitchfork Review

#KateBush # WutheringHeights # Lionheart # NeverforEver #TheDreaming In 1982, Kate Bush’s daring and dense fourth album marked her transformation into a fearless experimental artist who was legible, audibly very queer, and very obviously in love with pop music. In 1978, Kate Bush first hit the UK pop charts with “Wuthering Heights” off her romantic, ambitious progressive pop debut The Kick Inside. That same year, her more confident, somewhat disappointing follow-up Lionheart and 1980’s Never for Ever had a grip of charting singles that further grew her UK success without achieving mega-stardom—she barely cracked into American college rock. What is truly amazing between the first chapter of her career and the new one that began with 1982’s The Dreaming is how consistently Bush avoided the musical world around her, preferring to hone and blend her literary, film, and musical inspirations (Elton John, David Bowie, and Pink Floyd) into the idiosyncratic perfection that was 1985’s Ho
