Ariana Grande Tweets, Deletes, Petty Break-Up Sentiments About Pete Davidson

On Thursday, a Saturday Night Live promo clip featuring Pete Davidson, attempting a snarky engagement-related joke alongside Maggie Rogers and Jonah Hill, made its way online, and into the feed of Davidson’s ex-fiancé, Ariana Grande. The clip is 44 seconds long and features Davidson, gangly and wearing a boxy brown button-down, his formerly bleach blonde locks now soft, metallic blue. After Hill introduces himself, Davidson turns to Rogers and says “Hi Maggie, I’m Pete. You wanna get married.” When Rogers responds with a “no,” Davidson turns to the camera and says “0 for 3,” a cheeky nod to his rapid romance, and breakup, with Grande. Davidson is said to be “embarrassed” by the split, but attempting to move on nonetheless. Grande was less entertained. She tweeted, then deleted, “for somebody who claims to hate relevancy u sure love clinging to it huh.” Followed by the curt and iconic “thank u, next.” She also quote tweeted another tweet saying “tag yourself, I’m Maggie Rogers.” (Sad

Pete Davidson Breaks Silence on Ariana Grande Breakup Onstage at Comedy Show

During his set at Largo, Davidson also joked about covering a tattoo he had gotten in tribute of Grande during their relationship. "Um, I've been covering a bunch of tattoos, that's fun," Davidson told the crowd. "I'm f--king 0 for 2 in the tattoo [department]. Yeah, I'm afraid to get my mom tattooed on me, that's how bad it is." Davidson and Grande had gotten many matching and other tribute tattoos during the time they were together. Grande recently made her first post-split appearance, at a taping of NBC's A Very Wicked Halloween, and was seen wearing a Band-Aid over one of her tats. "So, obviously you know I, we [Ariana and I] broke up or whatever but when me and her first got engaged we got tattoos," he later continued. "And it was like in a magazine like, 'Was Pete Davidson stupid?' And 93% of it said yes," Davidson told the audience. "So my boy, he was like, 'Don't listen to that s--t man.

LOVE IS DEAD LOVE IS DEAD: Pete Davidson & Ariana Grande Have Allegedly Broken Up

Ariana Grande was the one to pull the plug on her and Pete Davidson's relationship, a source tells ET. News broke on Sunday that the couple -- who got engaged in June after less than a month of dating -- have split. According to our source, the pair broke up due to bad timing. Grande is still dealing with the death of her ex-boyfriend, rapper Mac Miller, in September from an apparent overdose. The two are also, of course, busy with their thriving careers. “Ariana made the final decision," the source says. "It was time to realize this wasn’t the right time for them and Pete is incredibly heartbroken. Pete is still so in love with her. He wanted his whole world to revolve around her but she was emotionally unavailable. He realizes she was at her limit with pressure from everyone and everything around her. There were days she just wanted to run away from the world just to get some peace and quiet and peace of mind. Pete had to give her that space out of love." On S
