It is very sad that most of us are trying to conquer external battles like finding love, finding success, finding  happiness  and yet we do not understand that self-love is the root from which everything grows. It is because of the lack of self-love that we have many social conflicts in the world. How can we love the next person effectively before we have learned to love ourselves unconditionally? When you love yourself conditionally, you cannot love another unconditionally because why give someone else something you do not have? Our understanding of self-love is learned during  childhood  from those that cared for us. In most cases, it is taught unconsciously, we just got a glimpse from watching those that nurtured us.  Self-Love is more than just wearing nice attire and applying bouts...

Ninety-three-feet tall, it honors the heroes of Flight 93. It will be dedicated later today, the last piece of this 2,200-acre memorial that includes the crash site, known as the sacred ground; a visitor center that tells the story of Flight 93; and the wall of names built directly under the flight path. The tower, still a work in progress, holds eight wind chimes, but soon there will be 40 – one for each passenger and crew member who died here on September 11, 2001.
